What you never have to pay us
There is no mandatory monthly plan. After launch, the only thing that renews with us is hosting, once a year. Everything else — a new page, a seasonal change, an SEO push — is optional work you ask for and we quote before we start. If you never ask for any, you never pay for any.

What your hosting covers
Your website served on our infrastructure, your HTTPS/SSL certificate kept valid, backups of your site, and support from a real person when something goes wrong with the hosting itself. Keeping the platform patched and secure is our job, for as long as your site is hosted with us.

What it doesn’t cover
New pages, content rewrites, redesigns, SEO campaigns, Google Business Profile management, mailboxes on your domain, paid software subscriptions, and your domain renewal. None of those are bundled in, and none of them start without a quote you agreed to first.

Your domain and your material are yours
You buy your domain in your own name and renew it in your own account — it never passes through our hands, so nobody here can hold it. Your logo, your photos and your text stay yours at all times, and you can ask us for them back at any point.

Your admin panel
Change a price, swap a photo, fix a typo at midnight — your site is yours to edit, and you never wait on us for the small stuff. Your website includes an admin panel so you can manage your content.

If you decide not to renew
Hosting runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and then your site comes down. Your domain is untouched, and your material comes back to you.

What exactly do I get for free?
A working preview of your homepage, at a private link we email you. It is a real page you can open on your phone, not a picture of one. We build it after we have talked: send the form, choose questions by email or a video call, and once we understand your business we agree with you when your preview will be ready. It is not the finished website — it shows you the design, the words and the feel of your home page so you can judge the real thing before spending anything. No card, no obligation.
What does the $995 cover, and what comes after?
$995 is a one-time payment on the day your approved site goes live. It covers the design, the build, the launch, and your first 12 months of hosting counted from that day. From month 13, hosting renews at $180 a year, billed annually. There is no mandatory monthly service plan.
How fast will my site be live?
Two clocks, and neither of them starts at the form. First we talk: during our business hours we email you back within a few hours, either with a few questions or to arrange a video call. Once we have what we need, we agree a date with you and build your free preview. The second clock is the finished site: it goes live within 3 business days of you approving the preview and sending your material — logo, photos and text. We help you pull that material together so it arrives fast.
Is the domain really mine?
Yes. You buy it in your own name and in your own account — we show you how and connect it at no cost. You renew it yourself, and it is not part of the $995 or the $180. It never passes through our hands, so nobody can hold it: not a past designer, not a registrar reseller, not us.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. Tell us your business name and where to find you online, and we do the rest. After launch, your admin panel lets you change a price or a photo yourself, and it is as easy as typing. If you would rather just email us, that works too.
Can I edit my site myself?
Yes. Your website includes an admin panel so you can manage your content: prices, photos, text and hours, whenever you like.
What if I need new pages, changes or SEO later?
Ask, and we quote it before we start. Content changes, extra pages, a redesign, SEO work and Google Business Profile management are all optional and priced separately — there is no monthly plan you have to be on to get them. If you never ask for any of it, you never pay for any of it.
What happens if I don't renew hosting?
Your hosting runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your site stops being published. Your domain is untouched, because it was always yours, and your logo, photos and text are yours to take with you. Your website runs as a hosted service on our platform, but the files are yours to ask for: if you have paid for your site we send you the pages as delivered, plus your images, text and logo, at no charge. The contact form has to be reconnected on another host because it sends through our server. We hand over the files; we do not migrate the site for you.
Do you work in Spanish?
Sí. Hablamos español — the whole service, from the first email to the finished site, is available in English and Spanish. Your site can be in either language, or in both.
