Terms of service.

These terms govern the service that WeMadeYourSite.com (“we,” “us,” “WeMadeYourSite.com”) provides to businesses in the United States (“you,” “the client”). By hiring the service — paying the amount to start, or by using wemadeyoursite.com — you agree to these terms.

1. What the service includes

We design and publish a custom website for your business, connected to your domain (registered in your name), with hosting, an SSL security certificate, and initial SEO setup.

From the day your site goes live, and continuously for as long as the service is active, we provide: (a) work on your Google Business Profile — photos, hours, posts, and review management; (b) ongoing adjustments to your site — text, photos, promotions, and search engine positioning (SEO) — based on what’s actually bringing you customers; (c) a monthly results report sent to your email; (d) your admin panel, always available, so you can update prices, photos, and text yourself, whenever you want; and (e) hosting, backups, and security updates, included in the service. This is a continuous-improvement service subject to reasonable use — it is not a guarantee of any specific Google ranking, review count, traffic, or sales, which depend on factors outside our control.

We typically send a proposal within 24 hours of hearing from you. The process starts with a quick sample or mockup — an early look at the design, not the final site — for your review. Once we receive payment and your material (logo, photos, text), your final site goes live within 3 business days.

2. Price and payment

The price is fixed, with no hidden costs and no discounts of any kind:

• To start: $995. Includes your custom site design, hosting, and your first month of Continuous improvement. Your domain is purchased separately, directly in your name — see Section 3.
• Continuous improvement: $96 a month, starting the second month (the first month is already included in the $995 you pay to start). The work described in Section 1 is provided from day one. We’ll agree with you directly on the payment arrangement when you sign up.

What happens if a payment runs late — grace periods, suspension, and cancellation — is detailed in our Cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.

3. Domain ownership and the site itself

Your domain is yours, from day one. You purchase and pay for it directly, in your own name — we tell you how, and we connect it to your site at no extra cost. Your domain never passes through our hands: we don’t register it, we don’t administer it, and we cannot hold on to it.

Your website is a hosted service: the design, code, and content published on your site are part of the service we provide for as long as Continuous improvement is current. Your site is not exported or handed over to you as a standalone file — if the service ends, the site comes down. The photos, text, and logo you give us remain your property at all times.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us information and material (photos, text, logo) that belong to you or that you have the right to use.
• Purchase and renew your domain directly, in your own name (we’ll show you how).
• Pay the amount to start and Continuous improvement on the agreed schedule.
• Use the site and its content in line with applicable law.

5. Our responsibilities

We publish your site within the agreed timeframe after receiving payment and material, work to keep it running and secure, and provide reasonable support for changes or issues. We don’t guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, exact search rankings) or 100% uptime — we work with reputable hosting providers, but no infrastructure is free of the occasional outage.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your service, we’ll let you know by email or phone with reasonable notice. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
